The ground floor comprises a living room (sofas, armchairs, wood-burning stove, TV) opening onto the dining room with built-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer). One step leads to the shower room with wc. A staircase takes you to a landing leading to: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 2-person bz), 1 alcove (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 shower room with wc. Another staircase leads to a mezzanine (2 beds 0.90). wifi in the gîte. Bed linen provided and included in the price for a minimum of one week's rental. Towels optional. Private grounds with garden furniture and barbecue. The private above-ground swimming pool is located above the gîte, with deckchairs, garden table and chairs.

For large families, this gîte can be rented with a second gîte H82G022567 owned by the owner, which is close by but not overlooked and has a completely opposite entrance. The two gîtes together can sleep up to 15 people.
