Le Moulin de Tauran is a nice address in Lauzerte, Tarn-et-Garonne for a successful vacation for 6 persons.Also on the spot : another accommodation for 7 persons, with the possibility to rent the two accommodations together (12 to 14 persons).

Furnished of tourism 3 stars of 112m².
April-May-September...1450 € the week.
June........... 1550 € the week.
July, August........1800 € the week

Option: cleaning of the gite: 140 €.
Pets under conditions 8 €/day/pet.
General conditions:
An inventory of fixtures will be made at the beginning and end of the stay.
Deposit: 30% of the value of the stay with a copy of the signed contract.
The balance 15 days before your arrival.
Deposit: 500 €. The deposit will be paid in the form of a check on arrival.
If any damage is found, the deposit check will be cashed.
The exteriors:
A terrace overlooking the garden. Barbecue, garden furniture, games of bowls, large common parking, covered and heated swimming pool (10 x 5m), for both gîtes. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for the holidaymakers renting the gîtes. The whole on a park of 1 ha.


First floor:
A beautiful private entrance of 14 m², bench, 1 shower and 1 independent WC.


Second floor :
A landing of 6.50 m² which gives access to the rooms.
A kitchen of 23 m ². Window opening onto the parking and garden.
Fully equipped with a dining area. Fridge freezer, microwave and electric oven, built-in dishwasher, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, household appliances, waste garbage cans for selective sorting, eco-friendly household products, 4 induction hotplates, extractor hood. Elements for dishes, 2 tables, 10 chairs.
A cellar of 4.5m². Vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, standing dryer, broom, washing machine, storage unit etc.
A comfortable living room of 21m². Fireplace with insert, 1 sofa 3 places and 3 armchairs, 1 coffee table, 1 bookcase with leaflets and tourist brochures, flat screen television, Wifi.
1 suite of 2 rooms: 1 bathroom, Italian shower 150x90, basin and hair dryer. Independent WC. Window opening onto the parking and garden.
1st room 16 m², 1 bed (160cm). Sheets provided. 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 armchairs, 1 pouffe and 1 wall table.
2nd room 15 m², 3 beds of (90cm). Sheets provided, 2 bedside tables, 1 dressing table, armchair.
Half floor: 1 room of 12 m ², 1 bed of (140 cm). Sheets provided, 2 bedside tables, cupboard with shelf, closet, air conditioning unit. 1 small window and 1 roof window.
1 shower room, shower 90x90 basin and hair dryer. Independent WC.
At your disposal, 1 small attic room with very low ceiling. 1 bed of 150. 1 roof window.
Electric heating in all the rooms.
In the heart of the barn a room of about 100m², with a big table of 4 m long, chairs and sofa.
