General terms and conditions:
An inventory of fixtures will be made at the beginning and end of the stay.
Deposit: 30% of the value of the stay with a copy of the signed contract.
The balance 15 days before your arrival.
Deposit: 500 €. The deposit will be paid by cheque on arrival.
If no damage is found, the cheque will be returned to the tenant.
Exterior:
Terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Barbecue, garden furniture, jeu de boules, large communal parking lot, 10 x 5m heated, covered swimming pool for both gîtes. The pool is reserved exclusively for guests renting the gîtes. Set in 1 ha of parkland.
First floor:
A beautiful 19 m² private entrance, in two parts, for your strollers, bicycles.
1 3-piece rattan living room. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, standing dryer. Tourist brochures and leaflets.
Second floor:
A very attractive 33 m² living room with a sitting area and a library arranged along a stone wall. 1 x 3-seater sofa, 1 x 2-seater convertible sofa. Lounge table, flat-screen TV. Dining area, with 1 sideboard containing crockery, table and 6 chairs. A window overlooking the parking lot with two roof windows, electrically operated blackout blinds.
In this room, a sleeping area (bedroom) in alcove (12 m²), 1 bed (140), closet shelf, bedside table, bookcase. Bed linen provided. Still in this room, a small oriental corner with a 4.50m² shower room, 90x90 shower, washbasin, hairdryer, WC. Almost a pretty studio!
Leaving this room, a fully-equipped 22m² kitchen, with a window looking into the barn. A second dining area. 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, built-in electric oven (childproof), dishwasher, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, household appliances, recycling garbage cans, eco-friendly household products.
An 8 m² corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms.
A diamond-shaped opening to the outside. 1 room 20 m², 1 bed (160cm). Bed linen provided, 2 shelves, closet, armchair, table.
