Villages of the Community of Communes Pays de Serres en Quercy
The community of communes of the country of the "serres"(greenhouses) in Quercy includes 22 rural municipalities in the northwest of Tarn-et-Garonne, bordering the Departments of Lot and Lot-et-Garonne. In the southwest of the historic province of Quercy, this territory of 9000 inhabitants occupies a landscape of transition between the valleys of the Lot and the Garonne, on the last foothills of the Massif Central. A succession of limestone plateau and narrow parallel valleys, oriented northeast / Southwest, engenders a bucolic countryside with Mediterranean ambience.
The White Quercy or "Pays de Serres".
These designations reflect the omnipresence of stone and rock outcrops, contributing to this so particular light, changing over time and seasons. This same stone is found on the walls of the most modest rural buildings as well as on the most beautiful medieval facades, resembling the material of the bell towers of the 80 parishes still existing in this part of Southwest Quercy. At the edge of the plateau, overlooking the valley, at the foot of the church or of the castle, around the Hall or around the fountain, each of these villages will seduce you. Belvèze
Charming village, flowered "2 flowers", in the valley of the Séoune, to discover on a hiking trail where you can discover fountains, washhouses, gariottes, buildings and dovecotes.
Bouloc
The foundation of a priory was at the origin of this circular village with beautiful houses tightened around the church, which name means "good place" in Occitan.
Bourg de Visa
The village has in its heart a hall of Baltard style, renowned architect of the city of Paris in the 19th century, which was recently restored. The curious will also stop at the fountain saint Quirin, which is said to treat eye disease or at the launderette of Theron.
Brassac

Lauzerte
«One of the Most Beautiful Villages of France", "Stop on the Paths of Santiago de Compostela". Proudly perched on its Promontory, sentry at the confluence of the Lendou and the Barguelonne, the medieval city deploys its charms on the Place des Cornières to the Barbican view point, overlooking the garden of the Pilgrim and the sloping alleys of the village.
Miramont de Quercy
Built on a rocky plateau, the village dominates the valley of the small Barguelonne. The path of round offers a magnificent panorama on the villages and surrounding landscapes.
Montagudet
In the lineage of the villages built in a defensive position and dominant, the village overlooks the valley of the small Barguelonne but the commune extends to the valley of the Séoune.
Montaigu de Quercy
As hooked to the hill, the village extends from the ramparts of the old castle to the shores of the small Séoune. Beautiful houses are displayed in the front panel along the street of the Brothers Quéméré up to the place of the town hall.

Roquecor

Saint Amans du Pech

Saint Beauzeil
This small municipality, with stone houses dispersed in a hilly and wooded area, is ideal for lovers of nature or fishermen who settled on the edge of the lake, below the Church.
Saint Nazaire de Valentane
Built on the plateau, the village is located along the "Clermontois", ancient Roman road connecting Clermont Ferrand to Agen.
Sainte Juliette
It is here that the GR 65 - Compostela Hiking Trail- enters the Tarn-et-Garonne. The commune has received the Medal of Tourism 2008 and the ribbon of Heritage 2009, rewarding the efforts of development and enhancement.
Sauveterre
The village, overlooking the valley of the Barguelonne, is part of the first wave of medieval urbanization, previous to the Castelnaus and bastides. Former sauveté, "Land which saves", it enjoyed the right of asylum.
Touffailles
At the flank of the hill, the village extends from the edge of the creek to the foot of the old castle. Nature lovers will appreciate the Fishing Lake constructed near the small municipal camping and the hiking trails twisting between boxwood and lavender fields.
Tréjouls
shared between the parishes of Tréjouls and Saint Urcisse, the commune opens either on the valley of the Barguelonne, or on the Lendou, alternating view points and river shores with fields of multi-colored crops.
